This company is great! They are very helpful, courteous and remain professional while dealing with the unexpected things in life like traffic delays and vehicle breakdowns. The office staff and drivers both go above and beyond by informing me of any delays while also trying their hardest to not have to adjust my pick-up/drop-off times too much. I don't envy them when it comes to trying to keep their schedules straight while dealing with road closures, accidents by other commuters, and vehicle maintenance all at the same time.

My driver today in Olympia, Lydia, was great! She was so friendly and kind. She was on time for both rides to and from. She made having cataract surgery a lot easier and I appreciate her kindness. Medicar was easy to schedule with and I recommend them for rides to appointments.

Today I had a medical appointment at 4:00 a.m. I was a bit nervous using the service as it was my first time, but the driver that I had was absolutely amazing. Penni was kind, courtesy, and was on time for pickup and drop off. She was in a great mood and smiling both ways. She drove the appropriate speed and never took her eyes off the road. It may have been 4am but she was aware and awake!! I had a wonderful experience with the driver today and wanted to share with the community how grateful I am for this service as well as their awesome employee, Penni! Before leaving my home, I was full of anxiety. By the time I got to my destination, I was no longer nervous.
