Our fleet of safe and comfortable non-emergency transportation vehicles are ready and waiting for you anywhere in Port Townsend and the surrounding areas. Our drivers are prepared to meet you at the front door of your home and safely transport you to the destination of your choice. There are no limitations on the places you can go: the doctor’s office, a gathering with friends or church events.
Drivers are trained to assist clients of all levels of care and ages. Your driver will happily assist getting you and any additional passengers to and from the vehicle. Drivers will also assist with necessary medical equipment such as oxygen tanks, walkers and wheelchairs and up to two bags.
Port Townsend offers great water views, lighthouses and food. Whether you are going out for a day of shopping, sight-seeing or you need to venture out of your local community to a far off destination such as Silverdale, Tacoma, Seattle or Bellevue and the surrounding areas, we are able to get you there safely and in a timely manner.

Hassan is the owner and founder of American Service Medicar. He oversees everything from fleet management to marketing to keep the company running smoothly. In his off time, he enjoys traveling, watching the Seahawks, and spending time with his family.

Nicole
Nicole is in charge of day-to-day operations and dispatch, making sure all our customers get the rides they rely on. She also takes care of customer service, kindly helping everyone leave with a smile on their face. In her free time, she loves to go to concerts and take road trips up and down the coast.

Sophia
Sophia oversees maintenance and helps out with everything from scheduling rides to talking with customers. Her passions are traveling for sightseeing, attending festivals, and cooking.

Mike
Mike communicates with the drivers on a daily basis, reviewing paperwork, overseeing contract billing, and making sure everyone’s data gets entered correctly so there’s no mistakes on your bill. He’s an avid outdoor enthusiast, spending his time kayaking, fishing, hiking, and bird-watching.

KarenLynn
KarenLynn makes sure clients get safe, reliable transportation covered outside of the 9-5. She communicates with our drivers, clients, and hospital and clinic staff to make sure nobody is kept waiting or unable to make it where they’re going. In her spare time, she’s a devout churchgoer and volunteer at the Senior Center.

Nikki
Nikki is the primary after hours dispatcher, working to keep non-emergency medical transportation on schedule without delay. She’s a fan of farming and hunting, but also down for a fun karaoke night or relaxing spa day.

No, we do not.
At this time, we do not provide escorts beyond the door-to-door transportation in our vehicles.
Yes we do, exclusively for our private pay clients.
Yes, we can let you use a company-owned wheelchair for the duration of the transportation, if it is prescheduled through our office.
We do not have the ability to accommodate gurneys and similarly large medical devices in our fleet at this time.
We aren’t able to enter any client’s home nor take wheelchairs and other mobility devices up and down stairs, for liability and regulatory reasons. We will help get you and your equipment into and out of our vehicles.
Our drivers are authorized to assist clients up or down one (1) single step, due to liability and legal regulations.
No, but they will return promptly at the scheduled time so you shouldn’t have to wait for return transportation.
All our clients can bring up to two small bags with them, outside of approved medical equipment such as wheelchairs, oxygen tanks and the like.
